In Progress: Your order has been confirmed, and our workshop is preparing the package. At this stage, you can still modify the shipping address or the items in your order.
Preparing: Our workshop has already packaged your order, and the carrier has taken it for shipping. At this stage, we can no longer change the order details.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped. You can track the package in detail using the provided tracking number. Note that there may be a slight delay in updating information on the Colissimo website. Rest assured, the package will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
In Transit: Your order has arrived at the local post office, and you will receive it within 24 hours. If you need it urgently, you can also pick up the package at the post office using the tracking number.
Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. If you encounter any issues, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Our warranty is applicable for all Moon Magic jewelry, including all authentic gemstones and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt Solid Gold and 10kt Solid Gold. Effective from December 1st, 2022.

What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage happening outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy.
Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain/thread), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones and nylon threads caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Moon Magic Jewelry. At VETIA, you have no risks! Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you place an order from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can choose to exchange it for another product that suits you or receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hour after purchase.
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping) within 7 working days. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.
